Welcome to the official website of the Florida Association of Legal Support Specialists, Inc.  We are a member driven organization for individuals in the legal field who are working toward a better profession by pursuing professional excellence. There are sixteen chartered chapters located in Florida. Our members enjoy free or discounted registration for continuing legal education seminars, most of which have been approved for CLE and CLER credit through The Florida Bar.  Our members receive reduced fees for studying and taking the association's Certifying Board Program's examination for certification in various specialty areas.  Members enjoy competing in varioius awards presentations, have access to the "Members Only" section of this website, receive our quarterly publication, The Legal Support Journal, and the benefit of statewide networking is priceless.  Visit our Benefits of Membership page or contact any of the officers on the Officers page for more information.

If you are working in any area of the legal field, or are interested in the legal field, you qualify for membership in FALSS.  For more information and a membership application, please use the "fill-in-able" form, print it, attached the applicable membership fee and dues for the level under wh ich you apply, and mail to the address shown on the form.  In return, you will be sent a welcoming letter with information of upcoming meetings, educational opportunites, ongoing projects, a chapter and contact person in your area, committees that may be of interest to you, and details on the current awards of recognition.
