Welcome to the official website of the Florida Association of Legal Support Specialists, Inc.  We are a member driven organization for individuals in the legal field who are pursuing professional excellence. We presently have 16 chartered chapters located throughout the State of Florida. Our members enjoy, among other benefits, free continuing legal education seminars, reduced fees for studying and taking the examination to become board certified legal support specialists in various specialty areas, statewide networking, the privilege of competing in our many awards contests, access to the “Members Only” section of this website, and a free subscription to our quarterly publication, The Legal Support Journal.  For more information, check out our Benefits of Membership page or contact any one of the officers listed on the Officers page. 

If you want to know more about FALSS, learn about our history and read over our Code of Ethics and our Mission Statement under “About Us”, or visit our “Meetings” section to see what’s been going on and what we have planned for our next meeting.

Membership is open to anyone interested in the legal field.  If you are interested in becoming a FALSS member, simply print off an application, attach the membership fee, and mail it in.  In a few weeks you will receive a welcome packet in the mail with information on upcoming meetings, educational opportunities, ongoing projects and committees that might be of interest to you, and details on the current awards contests available for you to enter.
