Fla.R.Jud.Admin. 2.540 requires that a notice to persons with disabilities be included in "[a]ll notices of court proceeding to be held in a public faciity, and all process compelling appearance at such proceedings."

Please click on the link in the column to the left, or on the graphic below, to open the document that contains the ADA Paragraph for each of Florida's twenty (20) Circuits and/or each of Florida's sixty-seven (67) Counties to place on all notices as required above.
